With little information and initial direction, only the combined efforts of every individual member of the group make the impossible possible, achieving success on schedule.
What happens
Interpret clues, complete problem solving exercises and work to complex diagrams to help you assemble your giant kinetic model. Collaborate and negotiate with other teams for components, resources, and expertise. The event finishes on a high as all of the hard work results in a fantastic finale where the models come to life! To increase scope for the group, share relevant experiences and transfer the learning back to the workplace why not incorporate a facilitated Thinking into Action session with Kinetic Connections.
