Create & Paint

Create & Paint will foster your group’s creativity by mirroring common work place barriers to innovation and then overcoming these frustrations by capturing individual and team ideas, however abstract, and expressing them freely.
What happens
Given art themed challenges, initially teams must prove their knowledge to the ‘art council' before being issued with funding for their work of art. With funding secured, teams can then buy what they need from the arts shop including paint. Each team being responsible for a separate part of the work of art, teams must then work together to create one giant masterpiece. Finally storytellers from each team narrate the tale of their creative wonderment and the finished product is unveiled to everyone’s amazement.
